Lost Keyboard Commands

Whilst trying to tidy up my FS2004 file I accidentally deleted the Keyboard Command file so when I press F10 and select Keyboard Commands there is nothing displayed. Please can anyone advise how to reinstall it, which of the 4 CDs will it be on?  :-[

First off, check your Recycle Bin..it may be there and you can just 'Restore' it.

The file can be found on CD#1\MSGAME1.cab\Aircraft\keyboard_keys.htm....gets placed in the main ...\Aircraft\ folder.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
