View Module

Hi Guys. I just reinstalled FS2004 after getting a new Graphics card and I've lost some utilities. There's a view module that allows you to get close to the aircraft using your scroll wheel on the mouse. I've forgotten what its called and am in despirate need for it. Anyone know what it is and where I can find it?
