Water Slider

Postby cloud9 » Thu Jan 12, 2006 6:29 pm

Is there something I need to do to be able to move the water detail slider to high and it stays there? ???

When I move it up to that it just goes back to normal

Thanx

A couple possibilities:

1-You can have either 'Terrain detail' or 'Water effects' maxed, but not both.

2-Your graphics card does not support it, thus FS slides it back to low.

I always prefer to have my "Terrain detail" maxed to get the best scenery, and the "Water detail" set to zero, to get nice blue water, together with downloaded water effects.... ;)...!
