FS9 start-up without cd??

Postby f-16 » Thu Feb 10, 2005 5:54 pm

Can somone tell me how to have FS9 start up without using the CD?

Also how do I get it to load my default flight right from the start without showing that weird "intro" screen that asks you to load a flight? In 2002, it just loaded the saved default light I wanted right after I started the program. Know what I mean?

Any help?

Get the FS9 no-cd crack, just google that and you should get about a bazillion hits.

MAKE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR FS9.EXE!

Hi f-16..get the NOCD crack from here...  http://www.ceaero.com.br/dow_outr.shtml  ..make sure you get the right one depending on whether you updated to FS9.1 with the Microsoft patch..then just change it for the one in the main folder (save a copy fost as usual)

The answer to your other question... open the fs9.cfg, and in the (startup) section change show_opening_screen=1 to show_opening_screen=0. Now, when you start the sim it  will load the last saved flight that was set to default without going to the set up stuff..enjoy..commoner ;)
