Saw the AN-225 Russian jet in 2000 form.  How do I convert it?

If you really like it then there's nothing wrong with giving it a try. If it doesn't work then uninstall it and forget. I don't think you can convert one that doesn't work though. I have my doubts on a 2000 plane working in ACOF. Many 2002 aircraft will work OK and others will have some features that don't work. For the 2002 planes you can edit the fs9.cfg and get some missing components back but not all.

If you get the compatability message on first selecting the aircraft click the No option. This is the best you will get & does exactly the same thing as the CFG tweak. Jet aircraft will usually work OK except for animated turbines.

There is an An-225 available for FS9 now. Its awesome. A number of sites have it try avsim.net, or flightsim.com. For some reason we don't seem to have it.....
