Sound problems

Postby F35LightningII » Mon Nov 28, 2011 1:54 am

Hi

I use WoAI traffic and have changed the AI sounds to good ones. They worked fine for a while and the traffic was a pleasure to listen to.  :)

But recently the traffic sounds have gone back to the original dull and boring ones.  :'(

Is there some kind of "master AI sound" file or something like that?  :-? I think I might have done something with it. Not sure about it though.

I'm using Windows XP Home Edition.

Any help is appreciated. ;)

In FS9 the AI use wav files starting with ai and xai in the main Sound folder.

In FSX, they use the wav files found in the soundai folder of each aircraft.

Hope this helps,

Yeah, I knew that - it's how I gave them new sounds.

I assume you replaced those wav files with ones of your own...
