Call Signs

Postby Tyler012 » Sun Mar 28, 2010 10:33 am

How do I add call signs into the ATC, I've downloaded JetBlue Airways and a few others (SkyWest, British Airways [Speedbird]) and the ATC just refers to them by their flight number. Help?  >:(

If you're hearing the flight number then the atc_airline= entry is either not correct or the airline callsign is not in the default list of 'recognized' callsigns.

You must use callsigns that are 'recognized' by the ATC voicepack. Here is a list of FS2004 ATC recognized callsigns.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

chances are jetblue isn't on that list, I think that airline started after FSX was released, there is a Voicepack creator that you can use to make your own, but I don't remember where it is located.
Skywest and speedbird should be in it though, I've heard them used in game.
