How do i edit a flightplan?

hey.  does anyone know how i can edit flight plans? also, what is the folder where the flightplans are located? i have ttools i just dont know how do edit flightplans or create them. can someone help?

The default traffic file is named 'traffic030528.bgl', in the .....\Scenery\World\scenery\..
