Adding Aircraft Traffic, airport gates, etc, to your Sim - AFCAD, TTools, Project AI, AI Aircraft, etc

hey does anyone know how i can add more traffic to air force bases? and i mean military traffic like F-16's and tankers and stuff like that. i mean every time i fly into an air force base the whole place is empty.
