This question comes up all the time. I think the short answer is NO, not freeware.
For add ons for specific airports go to the Aerosoft (payware) site and check out the AES package. You will find it is WELL worth the charge. But it add services mainly to payware add on airports.
Look for other threads here and in payware about AES.
