A few planes refuse to be AI

Is this considered normal?

I have a nice setup of various a/c at my newly done Andrews AFB but I have two that are being stubborn.

I downloaded a C-5A and no matter what it won't show up as a AI (works fine if I fly it). I have the parking & ttools files set up but it refuses to show up once I start the game. All the other 20+ ai a/c show up fine. I do have the parking codes set correct in the aircraft file as well as AFCAD.

I was curious if it was the the particular plane or my AFCAD file so I changed it to a different C-5 I had (the non military blue and white one I downloaded here, rather ugly though so don't want it there other than for testing) and it shows up fine so I know its something to do with the plane file for the C-5A thats keeping it from showing up.

The second one is the C-17 I downloaded here. it shows up parked where it should be but only when you are looking around from outside the plane. if you look around from the 2d or virtual view its not there! Switch to outside view and there it is! Weird stuff.

All the other 12 or 15 plane types show up perfect (F-16, C-130, AF1, VC-32, E-3, E-4, KC-135, C-20, C-2, and a few others if you needed to know)...just these two are acting up but these are the two most important to get Andrews to be realistic.

I guess I need to get a C-5 and C-17 from a different creator to see if they will show up?
Why yes, I am a noobie/newbie/knewbie

I for one do not use a plane that is flyable for AI, some planes just do not make a good AI Plane.
You can try to make a copy of the aircrafts folder and remove the panel file out of it and use that for the ai plane. But there is no gaurantee that it will work.
Also rember that some planes are verry frame rate unfriendly when used as AI.
It has to do with the actual model that is used they just do not work good as a AI airplane, but then they were not designed for that purpose. 8)

I'd use Mike Stone's C-5, and the PAI C-17.
