ILS in AFCAD???

I'm trying to do the following;

Well the story is,

My home strip situated at Gunnedah NSW Australia Oceana is a stand alaone aiport in FS with no ATC facilities.

Using AFCAD, I've created ATC and parking to allow the usual commuter airlines and some GA AI aircraft to facilitate the airport.

Question 1.
I've created an ILS to be used on RWY 29 using a localiser, Glide Slope and DME all tuned into 110.50.
As AFCAD explains, I can see the information in FS, but the aircraft's instruments do not respond. AFCAD tells me that their is a freeware utility I should use to edit the NAVAIDS in FS called "EasyNav", I've found "EasyNavFS2000.Navaid Editor v3.00" here but the link is broken. (I can't find it anywhere else)
Am I heading in the right derection to manually edit and add Navaids to FS or am I barking up the wrong tree?
Is there another way/utility that lets me add Navaids to FS?

and Question 2,

Same location, Gunnedah has no taxiway's or tarmac etc, I have FSSC and Airport for Window v2.6 etc, Can I somehow import the scenery files for Gunnedah into these programs for me to add the abovementioned?

Any advice/suggestions towards this issue would be most appreciated

I thought that would be the case.
I've started a new scenery file in FSSC and tried to export it into FS but for some reason it doesn't show up.
I've exported/imported different aiports into FS from FSSC before with no problem, so I must be missing something with this one!

When you export the file to fs2002, a dialogue box should pop up asking which .bgl file to associate with the scenery you created.  Make sure you are checking the correct box!

For example, if I were to create a new file for Syracuse, NY (KSYR), I would prefer to name the file "KSYR", for which FSSC would create the file, KSYR.bgl.  Every time I export the file to fs2002, I would make sure to check "KSYR.bgl" for the correct file association.

Secondly, I recommend contacting the author of FSSC, Derek Leung, any time you have a question about the program.  There's a link to his e-mail in the "Help" menu.  He has been extremely helpful to me when I've contacted him with questions.
