Adding Aircraft Traffic, airport gates, etc, to your Sim - AFCAD, TTools, Project AI, AI Aircraft, etc

I figured out how to at taxiways and gates, but now what I have a problem with is the gates that I've added are there, but all I see are planes sitting on the grass, how do I make it so that the parking gates are concrete.

Glad that you're enjoying AFCAD. The possibilities are endless.........
The purpose of AFCAD is to manipulate how AI Traffic moves at airport facilities in fs2002. Unfortunately, it cannot be used to change visual scenery displayed in fs2002.
If you wish to add visual scenery, such as a concrete apron for AI parking, I recommend Derek Leung's FS Scenery Creator program. It can be used to add numerous features that are authentic to fs2002.
Best of luck!

I can't find that scenery maker, do you have a website if its not on this website, or have a direct link for it since I can't find it here.

No sweat!
Go to the "Downloads" section of Simviation. Under fs2002, click on "Misc" and once you're there, select "Scenery Design." It's the first item on the list. I'm currently using version 1.5.2. I haven't tried that upgrade that is shown there.
Keep me posted!
