Hello: I''d like to know if there's any MD-82 wearing Spanair textures out there, just like the one which crashed recently at Barajas Airport, Madrid. This tragic accident has shocked the whole country. I'd like to lend tribute to those who died making a memorial flight on FS2004: Taking off from Barajas and landing at Tenerife island.
The crashed aircraft was a MD-82, registration EC-HFP. The aircraft was bought from Korean Air. In 1993 it was repainted wearing Spanair colours and christened "Sunbreeze". Departing from Barajas making the flight JK 5022, the MD-82 crashed a few seconds after take off.
