ATG Javelin

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

ATG Javelin

Just started reading a magazine and read about a ATG Javelin. Ive looked under google but no aircraft has come up in FS.
Or there are many photos on Google.
Can anyone tell me whether anyone has built one, whether it is in the pipeline. Preferably freeware.

Maybe once the real aircraft starts selling (to military customers perhaps) and appears more regularly around the world it may get picked up. It isn't a particularly well known aircraft.
