B25-C

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

B25-C

Postby Souichiro » Thu Apr 21, 2005 8:51 am

Hey does anyone know a place where I can find a good B25-C model? I have both the Maam and the RCS-panels B25 J but I would like a C version. Even better would be that it is in dutch 320 squadron colours but that is not a must ;D

Thanks

What about Roy Chaffin's amazing B-25???
It won't fit your desire?
Well, I know it's not a "C" model, it's a "J" but here is the hotpoints:

1. free
2. suberb model
3. amazing sounds
4. amazing VC
5. nice textures

why don't you give a try?

The main differences are that the J has 4 50 cal guns(fixed) and the Gunnery positions look different)

The guns are merely window dressing anyway in FS9.  They have no impact on the way the bird handles.  "Briefing Time" is the pinnacle of FS warbirds.  The reason.  MAAM has talented designers, they have the actual plane right there close at hand and they are deeply commited to the preservation of our aviation heritage.  I have been out to MAAM at KRDG and have seen the real "Briefing Time" inside and out and heard her during the '03 Avsim Conference.  Believe me, it doesn't get more real.  If you've flown the sim version it is the next best thing to flying the real plane.

I got the MaaM one and yup it's a great one indeed!! But still no C. The reason that I am specifically looking for a C model is that my grandfather flew on them as a Navigator/Gunner during the war. He was in 320 Dutch Squadron and he flew them from Dunsfold Aerodrome.
