Virtual Wings Fw-190D for CFS3?

After switching from CFS2 to CFS3 I realize how much I miss the Virtual Wings Fw-190 Doras that Mr. Straney (http://www.virtualwings.org/) created for CFS2.

I'm wondering how much trouble it would be to convert the Virtual Wings D-9 and D-11 for use in CFS3, since I think that CFS3 desperately needs a good Focke Wulf Dora.  I've tried the Dora that's available at www.avhistory.org (which was converted from the CFS2 aircraft), but the Virtual Wings aircraft are about as good as they get!

Can anyone suggest any ways to go about the conversion?
