i dont really fly huge jets but i know PROJECT AIRBUS has A320's with virtual cockpits.

There is a new MD-11 here that is for FS2004 on page
http://www.simviation.com/fs2004jets77.htm. I don't have FS2002 with me to try it there though. I like it for FS2004 though. I would also check out Meljet. They don't have virtual cockpits, but virtual cabins which are very interesting. Just search here for Meljet or check out
