I have a C90 Model.  It was made for Flight Simulator 98 but when installed and run in FS2002 it works even better and looks better than the 98.  Give me your email and I could mail it to you or do a search online here.  So far no real great models excist.  There is a nice B200 model from www.aeroworx.com but its payware.  I was a beta tested and recieved a free copy and it looks and sounds and feels like a real King Air.  The King Air is my favorite aircraft.  I flew one twice.  My uncle even flys one for a living.  Hope this helps.
