Wanted: 2 props

Have any of you found,
#1: a GOOD Cessna 206 Stationair, float or wheeled, turbo or normal, and model year newer than 1997?. The only one I have found is here at France sim: http://www.francesim.com/Articles.aspx?C=25&SC=203&T=M&P=-1 and it looks like it is a late '80s model and of course there isn't a single N number in the pack.

#2: An Air tractor, preferably an AT-802. An F model fire boss would be real nice but I won't push it.
