I Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have so many scenery packages from many websites.
i also have the following utilities:
runway 12 and lago fs enhancer

what i want to do is to create new scenery buildings and place them.

i also want to add lines and many stop signs to my airport but afcad can't do this.
i have installed gmax but tells me there is a problem and to check my devices. (what devices)

i see scenery like the uk 200 scenery but how can i create this scenery any help please help me.
