Duplicating scenery

Sorry guys - noob alert!!

I'm trying to duplicate KLAX's "Tom Bradley International Terminal" - Terminals 3, 4 and 5 - and place it as a fictional extra terminal at Sydney Kingsford Smith (YSSY).   Is this possible and if so could someone help me with this?
