What has probably happened is that the malware (explorasi.exe) was set to execute at startup. You have eliminated the file, but there is still a reference to it in the Windows registry hence the error.
You probably have to fire up regedit and look for an explorasi.exe value in the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run hive (or in RunServices) and delete it.
CAUTION: regedit is a powerful tool, if you make mistakes there you're in big trouble, so use it at your own risk and only if you know what you're doing.
You can test this in a safer way with msconfig.exe. Fire it up, go to the Startup tab, look for explorasi.exe, unselect it, reboot, check for error messages.
As for the other problem ("view hidden files and folders" option missing) I dunno what to say.
Perhaps a side effect of the malware, and if it is so, then you should look for a description of what this virus does and how to remove it. But I wasn't able to find any information about a virus called "wowtrumpeh". Are you sure about this nickname?
