Weird Problem...

Postby Hai Perso Coyone? » Fri May 05, 2006 10:04 am

Okay...this is realy annoying and frustrating. It's only started happening...Here what happens:

Whenever I right click, the menu that is supposed to appear comes...but only the outline...if I want to see the text, I need to rollover my mouse on top of the places...this also happens in applications such as MSN Messenger...it's very annoying...and AFAIK, the only way to get rid of it is to restart...but that's really inconvinient for me...

Can someone help me out?

Cheers,
Ashar :'(

Sounds like a possible video card driver issue.

Just read something about fixing sluggish right click menus.
Has to do with a badly written or corrupt shell extension, maybe a similar issue with you???

Nirsoft ShellExView is the freeware utility they mentioned to use to disable shell extensions may be worth checking out.

Something else that crossed my mind, are you using any themes or software like Window Blinds?
