But its easier to do it in notepad, it realy doesnt give a advantage..

Dreamweaver is ok, as I only use the coding mode of it.

Notepad is fine, but IDE's like dreamweaver offer some benefits like checking structure and stuff.

Whatever you do though, aviod frontpage. If you don't know what that is, consider yourself lucky.

I found a good one "DzSoft PHP Editor" but its only good for 30 days  ::) just long enough for what I need  ;D

Dreamweaver is a good one. Find a crack not to buy it (it's very expensive) and you'll enjoy it.  :D
