I'd rather buy a brand new car. To me I think thats a waste of money. I remember seeing those not to long ago although I dint know about the glass cockpit one.

Dont get me wrong there nice and i'd love to have one..well that is if I dint have to pay for it nor did anyone that I actually care about buying me stuff would either.

And im sure you could make your own any type of airplane, get to spend time doing some man work with wood  ;D, and saying of course (I cant say it but im sure some people love to say it), I made this on my own.

Or you could say I spent $30,000-$50,000 for this. I hope I dont get robbed!

Not to mention GAS!! When I got my license in 1982, 100 oct was 1.50/gal. It stayed around $2.00 for years. Then I bought a 210 with a friend and it started to sore. I couldn't afford to fly it anymore. We just sold her to a doctor in Colorado! haha Took a beating on the price too. Oh well.

$30k what......a Dehaviland beaver (DHC-2) with wheels and the wasp junior engine and a few hundred thousand miles is $300. So if you made a replica DHC2 cockpit and it cost $5000 why not just by the real thing..
