Final Cost: $2423.00

$2400?? Wow, you can do better but nice setup! You won't be disappointed with the 8800GT though :)

What if I told you that you could save another $600 on virtually the same parts? Where are you ordering from? Newegg.com sums this up to $1419.91.

Note that I changed the 4GB RAM to faster 1066 instead of 800 and the 1kW PSU to 700W (much more stable than any 1KW out there and much more than sufficient. There are also instant discounts of up to $100 on the PSU I chose, so u could save up to $700!) That $700 could be placed towards a sexy case and monitor as well as some after-market coolers for overclocking if you choose... and of course... upgrading in the future. ;D

Ask me (or anyone around here) if you have any more Qs or would like more details on the parts i shopped around for on Newegg. 8-)
