550Watt or more to run stable. I suggest a Hiper Type R.

After some personal problems with the Hiper, I would recommend the Enermax Liberty 620W (top one on the page).

The liberty is a good supply, but the Ultra X-Connect got a better review from max PC than that one did.

Intel Prescott 550 running a 15% overclock (+0.2 Volts)
ATi Radeon X800XL 500 Core 700 Mem (+0.3 Volts on the PCI-e lane)
2x WD 80GB SATA drives
2x CCFL UV
3x LED high CFM fans (2x 120mm 1x 92mm)
Vantec nexus fan controoler
Samgsung DVD litescribe
WLAN / Bluetooth PCI card
Overclocked and overvolted RAM

Shall I continue? Basically the idea of getting a high end high power PSU is that you will never need to replace it, and I know I will be able to take this PSU with me when I go to a SLi rig.
