Hi Viper:
CPU: Great choice - the 4400+ is built on the Toledo core and so has 1mb L2 cache/core = total 2mb L2 cache. Great processor.
RAM: OCZ, fine, 2Gb will last you a while. No problems here:
Motherboard: See
THIS link. It's known to be a great motherboard, and has AGP for now, and PCI-E for when you want to upgrade in the future.
Graphics Card: If you decide to go for a PCI-E board with no AGP, don't go for anything less than a 6600GT. Set that as your minimum, and go for something higher if you can get it.
Hard Drive: I assume you mean the 10,000rpm Raptor drives. Perfectly OK and very quick, but you
must make sure you have very good case cooling. Those bits of kit get very warm, and need good airflow to keep them safe.
