I would say the Motorola V600, then flash it to the V3.

I use the above place for reviews and the Motorola V600 did shockingly. The V3 wasn't too wonderful either. I'm not keen on those flip phones.

A lot of phones you can get these days cost no money, but you are obliged to a service plan for a few years.  Don't fall into one of these traps....  ;)

Looking back to your post, I dont know of any plones that really have all those specs. However if your willing to drop the $300 you can get a Motorola RAZR V3i. iTunes, SD slot, 2MP camera, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Should do you well, they are all over eBay right now.
