ATI 3.9 drivers

Should I keep my 3.8 drivers, or should I get the omega 3.9s. I hear on some cards that they get lower FPS with the drivers, and I am wondering if that is true.... If I get the drivers, I am going to go with the Omega Drivers, because of some of the stuff they have for Overclocking   I already have driver cleaner

Try them if you don't like them revert back, they should increases the performance.
