Yoke and Stick

Postby crocker » Wed Nov 19, 2003 1:29 pm

Apologies in advance. This subject has probably been thrashed out before but I can't find it! I want to be able to connect up both CH yoke and joystick so that I can alternate from heavies to fighters as and when the mood takes. Somehow it doesn't feel right flying an airbus or Tornado with a yoke!!  I also have connected CH Pro Pedals.  Can someone tell me how to go about this please? I have a Saitek Cyborg FFB which is gathering dust and crying out to be used! Is it just a case of plugging it in and selecting it from the list or are there deeper and more complicated scenarios to challenge this simple simmer? Thanks

Not sure that I am qualified to answer this but I do have two joysticks and have them both plugged into the computer I configured each in the controls settings and I can go from one to the other just by switching my hand to the one I want to use. Not sure if this will work with the yoke as I do not have one and I also do not have the pedals. I think the best way to find out is to just try it and see. Of course you could wait for someone with a much more informed and knowledgable answer to reply.
Good luck,

Kevin
