No air kills

I'm relatively new to MSF3...have it running relatively well.  I'm now using the updated campaign (46th)the one that moves 3 days at a time...anyway...how come I never see enemy aircraft...I attack shipping, bridges, armor, trains...you name it but I've never seen or been jumped by the Luftwaffe.  I'm playing the American campaign...have sucessfully completed about 10 missions so far.

They're about somewhere. Keep flying missions and soon enough you'll meet some. Try some CAP missions on the French coast.

The CFS3 campaigns seem to focus on ground support, so you rarely see enemy aircraft at all unless you fly fighter sweeps or aircraft intercepts.  I am currently flying the default British campaign and have flown thirty some missions.  I've only encountered bandits once, and i was out of ammo when they showed up (curses).   i fly almost entirely CAS missions though, so you definatly see more flying sweepsand CAP.
