missing textures, acft and terrain

I purchased CFS3 today.  Am frustrated, no textures, aircraft looks like a white paper cutout! I don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions ????  I can run COF 9  max sliders with good frames.  P4 @ 2.4g , 512ddr, Ge force 440
128mb, 120gb hd  Win 98se, latest Nvidia driver.  Doug

patch maybe
i had a sim sys  and it was ok.

Thanx 1danny you got my mind working in the right direction!
I went for patch and driver. Found later Nvidia driver, my ignorance! CFS3 working great welcome diversion from fs2002 and fs2004. Now I'll never get any work done. Doug
