How do I add planes Ive downloaded?

Simply copy the A/C's folder to your CFS3 aircraft folder. If you installed it in the default location it's probably something like C/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Combat Flight Simulator 3.

...and always check the readme file that comes with most downloads...if you got your aircraft from Avhistory then there may be things like weapon, pylon and gun folders to copy into their relevant folders as well, but not always. Best to check.

I haven't been to this avhistory place, Ive just tried here. Got some lovely planes, cant wait to try the Hurricane

Hello All,
  I dl/ed a few planes last night to add, only to find they wern't there. Spent the evening reading the posts to find out I needed to dl the Nationality Kit, did so and got the USN catagory and one plane, a couple in the British section. The "3us_p40f_10" doesn't show up [among others]. Do I need to dl all of the Nationality Kits? All though the instaltion instructions say to extract to the AC file, I manually placed it, as per suggested here.
