No CD File

I tried running the no cd file on my computer but it won't install. I get an error message that states "Common.dll can not be found".
I did a file search and common.dll is in fact on my hard drive. Any clues as to why this is happening?
I downloaded the No cd zip again and got the same error message when I tried to install it.
Any help in this will be greatly appreciated.

If you have tried to launch the cfs3.exe file,that is inside the zip file, somewhere else than in your main cfs3 folder it gives that error message.
You have to replace the original exe file with the cracked
exe, but don't forget to backup the original first.
And one thing the file here in simviation is for version 3.1, so you have to patch the game FIRST.
