Not getting membership download speeds

Hello, for some reason, the site thinks that I am a free user and makes me download at very slow speeds (like 70 KB/s) even though I'm logged into my Express Membership account.

I would really appreciate any help please.

On a side note, I would like to express how much I love Simviation and its massive library of legacy flight simulator add-ons of all kinds. There are a lot of true gems on this site. Combing your site for old add-ons is kind of like being a digital archeologist. I can find all kinds of FS9, FSX and even CFS3 add-ons no problem. For a retro flight sim enthusiast like me, the library website is a gold mine, and I want to sincerely thank the team of people that run both the library and the forum. It is you guys (and gals) that make my retro FS hobby so much fun.
