I recently installed the excellent Ant's Tiger Moth Pro featured in Dave T's recent posts. I asked Dave if he could do a repaint of a very special Tiger Moth based at my local airport.
Tiger Moth G-AMNN was restored in 1985 by the students at Northbrook College at Shoreham Airport. When finished it was named 'Spirit of Pashley' in memory of local aviation pioneer & instructor Cecil Pashley. Mr Pashley was my boss when I worked at the Southern Aero Club in the early '60s & I was lucky enough to have flying lessons from this lovely man.
MNN is now owned & operated by Perry Air at Shoreham & can often be seen flying over my house.
Here's a few shots of Dave's fantastic paint job. This has been very much a work in progress & he keeps sending me updates, the last one being a couple of hours ago.
All the more creditable as his PC is on the blink & he can't actually try it in FSX himself. Thanks so much Dave.
