Hello, On my default Boeing 747-400 and Airbus A321, there is no airspeed indicator, why is it and how can I fix that?

The red bars at the top of the airspeed indication and at the bottom indicate speed ranges that you must avoid entering in your present configuration (gear, flaps). If you don't have those red bars on the PFD for your B747-400 and A321 it means you either are not in a configuration with any speed ranges to be avoided or this feature is not available on that particular PFD. So no need to do anything, there is nothing wrong.
