Still happening after all these years. Amazing that there are people out there that still fall for these serious criminal scams.

I guess most victims are vulnerable - such as those with dementia and other disabilities. Very bad. Let's hope most of the perpetrators get caught.

Oh, well, another $85½ mil slips away, not speaking relatively. Sometimes I can't imagine anyone being so gullible with the so obvious... but, if one is willing to commit to dishonest participation, the perpetrator may excuse their own shame by deeming that the respondent rather deserves the results.
