Sound CFG question

When adding startup or shutdown sounds, is it as simple as adding the [SHUTDOWN] entries in the config as well as adding the sounds to the folder?

Hello, Jeremy.... :D ....1

I can remember in the dim and distant past of installing Windows '95, '98, etc, in my home-built computers, and the very first thing I always did was to shut off the annoying, default Windows Startup and Shutdown sounds!....LOL...!
It seemed as though Uncle Bill was trying to take over my life every time I switched the computer on or off.... ....

...so I stuck an Apple in his mouth.

That put a stop his antics!.... ;) ....!
