More Supper Delights...

I simply adore Egg Tagliatelle Pasta!.... :D ....!

The dried version in baskets.

https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/gr ... wheat-500g

Boiled for 10/15 minutes.

In a small saucepan:

Virgin Olive Oil.
...Finley...
Chopped Onion.
Chopped Garlic.
Chopped Chillie.
Chopped Tomatoes.
Chopped Mushrooms.
Chopped Ham...... https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/gr ... t-ham-125g
Chopped Fresh Basil.
Chopped Fresh Parsley.
Ground Salt and Pepper.

Gently heated until all softened.

The boiled Tagliatelle emptied into the pan, with grated cheese, and all stirred together!

Empty onto a pre-warmed plate....with some crusty bread and butter...

...and enjoy....just like I do!

Paul.....The Cook's Cook!... ...!

Considering what I have on hand, I may try a major variation with your ingredients. First, however, I'm stymied to your references: I'm not accustomed to wearing women's clothes and have no Finley shirts to wear for the process nor is there anyone with the name nearby to do any fine chopping for me; I will attempt it, myself, in whatever garb. I'm also not into cannibalism so may resort to using ground chile instead of chopping up a Chillie...

As to the pasta and meat:
although my fettuccinni, shaped like your Tagliatelle, was used up some while ago, I have Penne Rigate, howbeit, not an egg noodle (whole durum wheat flour; whole quinoa, amaranth, millet, sorghum and teff flour blend);
I slow-cooked a $6 pork shank (on sale 59¢ / #), removing most of the fat, much of which remains in my fridge to be used up.
Certainly not the same but we'll see how it fares.

How about mounting a motion-triggered camera above the spot you'll set your dinner plate to help make sure we get a px before it goes down the tubes; quite preferable to a colonoscopy...
