Is it not "seen" by Prepar3d? Or just not behaving?

What happens when you try to assign a command to a button?

It has calibrated to a tee. Hat switch and everything works on calibration. Still no joy in P3dv2. I have do a complete calibration and when I go to a flight it just sits there . I can go into the throttle app and get it rolling fine that way , check other plane in sim and it is the same stuff.
