the plane Myrna Loy's character flew in the flight from Moscow to NY was a Lockheed Vega.

The role of Myrna Loy in the movie is inspired by the real life aviator, Amelia Earhart.

I didn't find any free (or shareware) Lockheed 8A Sirius for FS2004, the closest I downloaded was a Lockheed 8D Altair (modified Sirius with retracting gear):

Nope don't think there is one out there Jean, I looked too, on 7 different flight sim web sites.

tho I did message an Aircraft developer about making a high quality version, he liked the photo and movie I sent, and said he'd never seen such a plane as that one, when they get around to it, they might be interested in making it, tho other projects are in the making right now.

be a nice little Racer plane to have in my Vintage Aircraft Hanger


Jean, you can make that model out of paper and color it, and use sum glue and have yourself an airplane !

Siriusly, I found one Sirius but it's payware (my Lap & OS, the FS 2004 DVD are gifts from my son, all it's addons are free/shareware: me no money but just enaugh to live well) in this link http://www.razbamsims.com/store/product ... ucts_id=59 Who knows what quality since there are no comments nor reviews
