Hi and welcome to the forums.
The only freeware B747-200 with a VC is the Ready for Pushback version.
http://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1 ... sage=saved It has a lot of liveries available but I am not aware of any AF1 livery for it. (all the FS2004 liveries will also work in FSX)
