Good afternoon Paul...

A friend sent me an e-mail video of this aircraft and I immediately thought about you...

I know how much you love your motorcycling, well this just might be the motor cycle of the air and in more ways than one.

I still have my Motor Cycle Endorsement but have not rode in several years and probably never will again...I do miss it...

I think you will find the fuel consumption interesting especially with two engines...it surprised me...

The second picture down if you click on it a lot of info is at hand and the scenery...well have a look yourself...

Paul I can visualize you in the front cockpit, one hand flying and the other hand with a large butterfly net to catch unsuspecting victims (2 & 4 legged) and dropping them in the pond...

My sort of Sim Flying...Exploring the scenery at (very) low level...just like my trusty Motorcycles!

I have searched high and low on the internet for a long time now, for an Air Cam for FS 2004 and/or FSX.....with no luck!

A similar experience to my trusty FSX Bensen Gyrocopter.....and my various trusty Motorcycles...!

Summer is with us now....so lots of rides around the countryside, terrifying the Villagers...as we do!.... ...!

100,000 USD!.... ....!

Interestingly, I purchased the HRD from a private seller for £100 in mid 1960, and sold it as a basket case for £6,000 in 1992, after being stored for years!
It spent its life often attached to a 4-seather Busmar Sidecar as family transport!
It was the most troublesome Bike I ever owned, almost impossible to start with is Lucas Magnetos, and constantly let me down with various mechanical failures!

One of my first bikes was my 1949 Royal Enfield 350cc Bullet...(The original British one!)....still made in India!
After that, lots of various British Bikes....Solo and Sidecar!
My best Bike, looking back now, was my 1958, BSA, A10, Super Rocket, 650cc Twin, Café Racer, and wish I still had it now!
And my fastest bike was my beautiful 1992 Honda FM, 600cc four cylinder Super-Sport...150+ MPH!....stolen in 1996 from my front garden, never to be seen again.

Still riding my bikes, every day, Honda CB500RR, 500cc Twin, Yamaha RX-S, and a tiny 50cc Yamaha FS1-M....all taking turns to raise a big grin on my face!

Motor Bikes could be purchase for next to nothing in the 1950's and 1960's...

What impressed me about this aircraft is the fuel consumption of 3GPH or 1.5GPH for the two engines.

That is hard to beat...even for a motorcycle I think...

After much search, I'm surprised that no-one seems to have produced a free-ware "Lockwood Aircam" for any of the Microsoft Flight Sims!

I clicked on motorcycles and found some interesting information dating back to the First World War.

I did not know that Rotax even put their engines on motorcycle's however I knew they were used on snowmobiles and seadoos.

Yes I think it is strange there is no simulated aircraft to be found for FSX...

...but no luck...and no one has made one since!

Never mind...many of my various Microlight and Gyrocopter aircraft do a similar job, and the view out in front is the same!
