Getting fuel into them would be the least of his worried. I don't know what the octane level of the fuel was, but the exhaust, the smell was very overpowering and made me feel sick.........and I was out in the fresh air in the middle of an airfield......

The mechanics are obviously under strict orders, but they still had some fun as they drove them back up the taxiway to be put to bed. A quick blip of the throttle to get the back end to twitch or to leave a nice set of rubber marks behind...........If I was them I know I would too Also There was only one test driver and he was driven off in a minibus after his hard hour of driving three Gallardo's up an down the taxiway doing acceloration tests....

I've told you Trans-Atlantic types before - it's all very well having you 9.8L V8s taking up half the chassis and using half of the Saudi oil reserves to get from 0-60, but as soon as you get to a corner you find yourselves wrapped around the nearest tree!
