FMC problem...

I fly FS9 and love it. I recently downloaded an FMC Bendix King,and it said it was for use in FSX. Well,I have used other gauges and stuff for FSX in FS9 and had no problems.Then some FSX stuff doesn't work as well. But,the FMC works as far as me being able to enter my flight plan,(ie., my way points,destination ,speed ,altitude and such). However,with the Bendix King FMC,it has a button to view the GPS and terrain on it's screen. When in map mode on the FMC,I cant get the GPS to show on it,regardless what buttons I push on the unit. Also,I am not sure how to get the FMC to take control of the AC. If I want to fly the flight plan,I have to engage my FSNavigator 4.6 . If this model WILL work in FS9,what do I need to do.Any advice or instructions? If this particular FMC WONT operate in FS9,does any one know of a freeware FMC for FS9 ? I see one that looks like white paper where you add the flight data but thats not what I want. I want an FMC that looks like an FMC. And it has to take over the control of the flight plan when I engage it. HELP!!! Thanks. (Oh No!!! Here comes Paul!!!! [hehehe ] Lay it on me brother,hahaha )

You are making the whole Flight Sim far too complicated for your enjoyment, Stephan....Trust me...
