What's more depressing is going through a long, long and cold winter anticipating summer only for it to get here and be nothing but thunderstorms as it is so far here in Minnesota. Last night we had a real building shaker & light show of a T-storm with gusts reportedly as high as 60 MPH(96.5 KPH). There were more T-storms this evening with a tornado reported touching down south of KAXN.
A local TV weatherperson has a new saying " As anyone who has spent a winter here in Minnesota knows, we earn our summer." I laugh every time I hear that.
I keep thinking what did we do to deserve this sort of summer?

If it moves and it's not supposed to - use the Duct Tape.

...well...

..its the 22nd of June now. The day AFTER the longest day... :( ....!

Its still dull, wet, cool, and windy, and as the days get gradually shorter, it will probably remain like that until next year comes around again!

Nice, warm, pleasant Summers are just a distant memory now. (Someone has switched off our Gulf Stream!... :o ....).

Paul....With Central Heating still running!... ...!
