I'm sure everyone has noticed. I haven't said anything, best left to the mods to deal with.

Speaking of spam, my Yahoo mail, all addresses, have been hit with a lot of really disgusting stuff in the past 4-6 weeks (you can tell by the sender line, I never open any of them). My Gmail box, nothing. I gotta wonder why all are being hit.

Yahoo allows filtering and routing to trash, but in order to block completely, you have to use a complete email address, and these spammers continually change their sending address, it's always some scrambled long alpha stuff, so you can't block. I contacted Yahoo about the possibility of allowing complete blocking of however the sender line reads, but I might as well be talking to the wall. Not sure if that could be done, but it sure would solve a lot of spamming problems.

Lots of people out there with nothing better to do than bug us, I guess.

Apex, try changing your Yahoo password. I use Yahoo also and I have unwanted mail pretty much in control. The big problem is when someone on your mail list is infected and sending you spam. That's when I do a screenshot and send them the image.

It was not a criticism Pete, more of an observation of how much time you must have put into he old forums to prevent it. And how easy it is to spam an forum when the required switches have not yet been set (or found in the hundreds of settings :D )

Thank you, Steve, it's on my list, certainly can't hurt. Another good idea for my good idea book.
